Client Inquiry

We have a web-based SSL secure Dealer/Advisor inquiry system. Inquiries can also be answered by our highly-skilled and friendly staff, as well by fax or mail.

FUNDcom Access

You don’t have to be big to enjoy the benefits of access to FUNDcom, we can set you up big or small. And since dealers rely heavily on FUNDcom access, with Prometa you can give them what they need to ensure your clients are receiving the best service the industry can provide.

Sales & Marketing Tools

Unique web-based sales tools, deliver accurate reporting by sector, dealer, branch or advisor. We are also able to deliver specialized 1-off queries and requests quickly and at a minimal cost.

CRM Integration

Our system is capable of communicating dealer and advisor information (i.e. addresses, phone numbers, branch info., etc) with your internal Customer Relation Management software (such as Goldmine), through XML files. This feature allows your system to be up to date with the industry.
