Fast Turnaround for Receipts

We know it is important for your clients to receive their receipts as quickly as possible. For trades made during the sales season, Prometa will send out receipts the next business day following pricing. For trades made during the period between March to December, Prometa will wait until early January to produce receipts.

Customization of Statements

Our easy-to-use reporting tools allows the client to design a statement that is specific to their fund. We are then able to produce the statements in-house, rapidly and at minimal cost.

Custom Letters to Investors

We understand that each shareholder is unique. Our systems enable us to customize letters so that they specifically address the characteristics of each shareholder. (ie. demographics, household income, plans, etc.)

Proxy Mailouts

We have the ability to produce, mailout and tabulate Proxy results.
