How do you handle shareholder communications?
We handle shareholder communications in-house. That means that the private and confidential financial information of your clients never leave the premises unless it is in a sealed envelope heading directly to their mailing address. This is more secure and guarantees greater quality control and it costs you less.
When do you send tax receipts?
We send tax receipts on the settlement day of the trade which ensures any cancellations of transactions will be reflected in tax receipts and make for a much happier client. PAC Plans and group plans are generally sent in early January for the March to December period and early March for the first 60 days of the calendar year.

Do you electronically scan and store documents?
